Holy Mother Parish

Thanh Mau Parish Church is located at 581 Nguyen Van Cu Street, Loc Phat Ward, Bao Loc City, Lam Dong Province. The church's stunning architecture makes it an ideal spot for beautiful architectural and portrait photography. Thanh Mau Parish was inaugurated in December 2015. To get there from Tran Phu Street (National Highway 20) in Bao Loc City, head in the direction of Da Lat. At the major traffic-light intersection of Tran Phu and Nguyen Van Cu, turn left onto Nguyen Van Cu Street, then continue for about 4 km — the church will appear on your left. At first glance, Thanh Mau Parish bears a resemblance to Notre-Dame Cathedral in Ho Chi Minh City. But once you step inside, you'll notice many distinct differences — a spacious courtyard landscaped with ornamental plants and flowers, along with various sections at the rear and sides built for different purposes. The most striking feature of Thanh Mau Parish is its pointed-arch windows, as opposed to the rounded arches found at Notre-Dame Cathedral. This distinctive detail makes the interior corridors exceptionally beautiful and refined — no wonder the church has become a popular wedding photography destination for many couples. Thanh Mau Parish was designed in the symmetrical architectural style characteristic of European churches, creating a setting that is both solemn and romantically timeless. At the front and center of the church stands a statue of the Virgin Mary. On either side are walkways leading to the rear courtyard. The main hall serves as the central space for worship, sermons, and daily activities of the congregation.
